Kindsight, a provider of fundraising intelligence software, announced it has acquired Affinaquest, which offers advancement CRM and athletics data solutions built natively on Salesforce. The combination aims to strengthen and expand capabilities for fundraising and advancement organizations across higher education, healthcare, enterprise nonprofits, and athletics through enhanced data, analytics, and constituent engagement tools.

Datacolor announced it has acquired TECHKON USA, a Danvers, Massachusetts-based provider of color measurement technology including ChromaQA software and in-line spectrometers. The deal expands Datacolor’s product offering and strengthens its presence in the printing and packaging market, with TECHKON USA expected to scale globally under Datacolor’s ownership.

Siemens Digital Industries Software has completed the acquisition of DownStream Technologies, a provider of manufacturing data preparation and documentation tools for printed circuit board (PCB) design. The deal strengthens Siemens’ PCB design-to-manufacturing workflow offering and expands its reach in the electronics SMB market. Terms were not disclosed and the transaction closed on April 7, 2025.

Horizon Blockchain Games has rebranded and will now operate solely under the name Sequence. Alongside the rebrand, Sequence announced the strategic acquisition of Light, a pioneer in chain abstraction technologies, to strengthen its web3 development platform and simplify cross-chain development across the EVM ecosystem.

Enverus, an energy-focused SaaS company, has acquired Pearl Street Technologies, a Pittsburgh-based provider of software automation solutions for power grid interconnection and planning studies. The acquisition adds Pearl Street’s SUGAR power flow engine and Interconnect platform to Enverus’ data, analytics, and power/energy transition offerings to help utilities, transmission providers, developers, and investors address interconnection queue backlogs and grid reliability challenges.

Mysten Labs announced it has acquired Parasol, a Web3 gaming infrastructure startup and end-to-end platform that helps game developers integrate blockchain functionality into games via APIs. Following the deal, Parasol’s tooling will support blockchain-based features such as item tokenization, marketplaces, and on-chain gameplay exclusively on the Sui blockchain, expanding the Sui gaming ecosystem and partner network.

Advantive, a mission-critical specialty software provider, announced it has acquired Commerce Vision, a B2B digital commerce platform serving Australia and New Zealand. The deal expands Advantive’s international footprint and strengthens its B2B eCommerce capabilities, including ERP-integrated commerce tools and Commerce Vision’s AI-driven purchase order automation product, Lucy.

Property Meld announced the acquisition of Mezo, an AI software company focused on residential work order intake, triage, and mitigation. The deal expands Property Meld’s AI capabilities by bringing Mezo’s virtual maintenance technician, MAX, to Property Meld customers to improve efficiency, data capture, and the resident experience.

Case IQ, a provider of investigative case management software and whistleblower hotline solutions, acquired Lextegrity, a compliance analytics and automation software company. The combination expands Case IQ into an end-to-end compliance and risk management offering by adding real-time compliance monitoring and analytics capabilities. Case IQ is owned by Resurgens Technology Partners, and Marks Baughan Securities LLC advised Lextegrity on the transaction.
