UJET Acquires Spiral

UJET has acquired Spiral, a conversational analytics and AI company, to accelerate its AI roadmap and add a standalone customer intelligence product to its CCaaS platform. The deal integrates Spiral's conversation- and feedback-analysis capabilities into UJET's AI-first contact center offering while allowing Spiral to continue operating as a standalone product under the name Spiral by UJET.
