Vonage has acquired Jumper.ai, a Singapore-based provider of omnichannel conversational commerce solutions, and will integrate the team into its Product and Engineering group. The acquisition adds AI-enabled social messaging and packaged conversational commerce capabilities to Vonage's communications platform, expanding its developer-focused offerings and addressable market across retail, food, entertainment and hospitality customers.
