Regnology Acquires Moody's Regulatory Reporting & ALM Solutions

Regnology, backed by Nordic Capital, signed an exclusive agreement to acquire Moody's Regulatory Reporting & ALM Solutions business. The acquisition expands Regnology’s regulatory reporting, risk, finance, and large-bank ALM capabilities across more than 50 jurisdictions and is intended to strengthen Regnology’s unified “all-in-one” regulatory and risk platform.
