NVIDIA has acquired SchedMD, the developer and maintainer of the open-source Slurm workload manager used widely in high-performance computing (HPC) and AI. NVIDIA says Slurm will remain open-source and that the acquisition will accelerate Slurm development, expand integration with NVIDIA accelerated hardware, and broaden support for HPC and AI customers.

Atlassian Corporation has completed the acquisition of DX, an engineering intelligence platform that helps organizations measure and improve developer productivity and satisfaction. DX will be integrated into Atlassian's System of Work and added to the Atlassian Software Collection to expand Atlassian's engineering intelligence and AI-native SDLC capabilities.

Accel‑KKR has acquired a majority stake in Arbiter, a Sandy, Utah‑based provider of athletic and school operations management software. Serent Capital, which partnered with Arbiter in 2017, will retain a minority equity position; the investment is intended to accelerate product innovation, expanded services, and scale across the K‑12 and youth sports market.

Banneker Partners has made a growth investment in Kuali to accelerate the company's platform strategy and expand its suite of higher-education software solutions. The capital will support Kuali's product roadmap across research, academics, operations, and finance while enabling continued service to its more than 230 institutional customers.

Fullcast has acquired Datajoin to integrate customer-journey analytics and marketing data micro-integrations into its Go-to-Market platform. Datajoin founder Sam Fonoimoana will lead the new product line at Fullcast, which expects the combined capabilities to improve data accuracy and deliver actionable insights for marketing and sales teams.

Red Oak Compliance Solutions has acquired SiteQuest Compliance to expand its compliance product suite with website and digital/social monitoring capabilities. The acquisition brings SiteQuest’s Eagle Eye, SQWatcher and Policies products into Red Oak’s AI-powered compliance platform, strengthening offerings for financial services, broker-dealers and insurance clients.

ToolWatch, the Riverside-backed construction operations platform, has acquired busybusy, a Saint George, Utah-based developer of mobile time-tracking software for construction and remote industries. The add-on, funded by The Riverside Company, expands ToolWatch's capabilities into workforce management and strengthens its integrated construction operations suite.

PDQ, a Salt Lake City–based provider of IT asset and endpoint management software, received a significant growth investment led by Berkshire Partners alongside existing investor TA Associates and PDQ's founders and management. The capital will be used to accelerate product innovation and expand PDQ's portfolio of endpoint management, inventory and patch management solutions.

Foundation Software, a provider of construction accounting and project management software, has acquired AboutTime Technologies, the developer of WorkMax — a mobile project cost and resource management platform for the construction industry. The deal combines AboutTime's field-to-office resource management capabilities with Foundation's back-office construction software to deliver a more integrated suite of solutions for contractors; terms were not disclosed.

DocuPhase, a Tampa-based provider of document management and accounting automation and a portfolio company of LoneTree Capital, has acquired iPayables, an enterprise-focused accounts payable (AP) automation solution based in Utah. The acquisition expands DocuPhase's AP and payment automation capabilities, creates cross-sell opportunities into enterprise finance teams, and positions the combined offering as an end-to-end solution for the office of the CFO.

Equifax has entered a definitive agreement to acquire Midigator LLC, a provider of post-transaction chargeback mitigation and dispute-management solutions. The acquisition will integrate Midigator's automated chargeback and analytics capabilities with Equifax's Kount Identity Trust network to expand Equifax's end-to-end digital identity and fraud prevention offerings.

Eltropy, a digital communications platform for credit unions, has acquired video-banking and contact-center technology provider POPi/o to add end-to-end virtual branch capabilities. The deal expands Eltropy’s product capabilities (text, secure chat, video banking, co-browsing and related tools) and strengthens its offering to credit unions and community banks.

LifeOmic, a precision-health software company based in Indianapolis, has acquired Bavard, a Utah-based conversational AI startup. The acquisition integrates Bavard's enterprise-grade conversational AI and NLP capabilities into LifeOmic's platform to improve customer support, onboarding, and personalized user experiences across its health and wellness products.

Diversis Capital, a Los Angeles-based private equity firm, has acquired Fishbowl, a Utah-based provider of inventory management and warehouse/manufacturing software for QuickBooks users. Diversis plans to accelerate Fishbowl's SaaS product offerings, expand internationally, grow hosting and e-commerce capabilities, and pursue strategic add-on acquisitions.

Menlo Park private equity firm Symphony Technology Group (STG) has made a majority investment in CaseWorthy, Inc., a Salt Lake City–based provider of case management software for nonprofits and government agencies. STG intends to strengthen CaseWorthy's product and data-management capabilities, scale the business, and pursue new solution areas and potential complementary acquisitions in the healthcare and social assistance markets.

TA Associates has made a growth investment in PDQ.com, a Salt Lake City–headquartered provider of IT asset management and endpoint management software. The investment will support PDQ's product portfolio expansion and accelerate growth alongside the company's founders and management team.

Insurance Technologies, LLC has acquired IXN, a Lehi, Utah–based provider of digital data exchange and mobile sales automation solutions for the life insurance industry. The companies will integrate IXN’s LifeDX and mobile sales tools into Insurance Technologies’ FireLight platform to create a single end-to-end sales automation solution; terms were not disclosed.

Charlesbank Capital Partners has signed a definitive agreement to make a strategic investment in Ivanti, joining existing investors Clearlake Capital and TA Associates as institutional shareholders. The capital injection will support Ivanti's product innovation and accelerate its M&A-driven growth strategy while Charlesbank, Clearlake and TA will have equal representation on Ivanti's board.

EverCommerce has acquired Briostack, a Lehi, Utah–based field services SaaS platform for the pest control industry. Briostack—used by over 650 pest control companies—will join EverCommerce’s home and field services portfolio to expand capabilities and offer a broader suite of solutions; terms were not disclosed and Vista Point Advisors advised Briostack.

MeridianLink has signed a definitive agreement to acquire certain assets of TazWorks, the developer of the TazCloud background screening platform and suite of screening applications. The acquisition is intended to complement MeridianLink’s Mortgage Credit Link business and accelerate product development and API capabilities for consumer reporting agencies and screening customers.

PDF Solutions, Inc. has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Cimetrix Incorporated for $35.0 million net of cash. The acquisition combines Cimetrix's factory equipment connectivity products and Sapience cloud platform with PDF Solutions' Exensio analytics to improve data quality and deliver advanced analytics and ML-driven intelligence for semiconductor and electronics manufacturing.

TA Associates has signed a definitive agreement to make a strategic growth investment in Ivanti, joining existing investor Clearlake Capital. The funding will support Ivanti's product innovation, accelerate global and organic growth, and provide capital for continued acquisition activity; management will remain led by CEO Jim Schaper.

Rubicon Technology Partners has made a strategic majority investment in Central Logic to accelerate the healthcare SaaS company's growth through product innovation, sales expansion, delivery and customer support, and to pursue acquisition opportunities. Central Logic, a patient-orchestration SaaS provider for health systems, will work with Rubicon to scale its platform and expand market penetration; Ziegler served as advisor to Central Logic on the transaction.

Bark Technologies acquired Router Limits to combine Router Limits' router-based parental controls with Bark’s AI-powered monitoring to create a comprehensive parental intelligence solution. The deal accelerates Bark’s expansion into ISPs and adds screen time management, filtering and router-level controls to Bark’s product suite; Router Limits CEO Skylar Walker joins Bark to lead the combined offering.

Komodo Systems acquired Conxx Inc., bringing Conxx’s GridObserver network management and analytics platform together with Komodo’s Komodo Eyes user-experience and network analytics sensors. The combined solution aims to deliver end-to-end visibility and predictive network analytics for mission-critical networks across industries such as hospitals, utilities, venues and service providers.

Mainstreet Computers, a subsidiary of Convenient Payments Holdings (a portfolio company of The Beekman Group), has acquired Dialmark, LLC (dba Digital Business Controls), a Sandy, Utah-based provider of SaaS point-of-sale and business software for the auto and flat glass industries. The deal is an add-on acquisition intended to expand Mainstreet's industry-specific software capabilities and allow DB Controls to leverage Convenient Payments' back-office infrastructure, payments and growth resources.

Symantec Corporation agreed to acquire Altiris Inc. for approximately $830 million in cash ($33 per share) to expand its presence in the corporate software market. The deal, announced by Symantec, is expected to close in the second quarter pending regulatory and shareholder approvals and is intended to strengthen Symantec's enterprise management and IT asset-management capabilities.

Aurum Technology, a provider of open integrated technology solutions for financial services, has acquired Salt Lake City–based Computer Consultants Corporation (CCCorp). The deal brings Aurum CCCorp's Microsoft .NET-based Mercury core processing platform and its ~600 credit union customers, expanding Aurum's market presence in the small- to mid-tier credit union segment and adding complementary technology capabilities.
