    Sumeru Equity Partners has made a $330 million control investment to acquire JobNimbus, a Lehi, Utah–headquartered SaaS provider for roofing and exterior contractors. The funding — supported by a senior credit facility arranged by Monroe Capital — will be used to scale product development (including AI features), expand the team, and accelerate growth; existing investors and founders will remain on the cap table and Sumeru will join the board.
