Bridges Consumer Healthcare, a Charlesbank-backed consumer healthcare platform, has acquired KT Tape, the leading kinesiology tape and recovery products brand, from Palladin Consumer Retail Partners. The add-on expands Bridges' OTC pain-relief portfolio and positions KT Tape for additional investment in demand generation, product innovation and omnichannel distribution; terms were not disclosed.
