The acquisition expands BearCom's video security, access control and wireless capabilities and increases its presence in Canada; BearCom completed this as its first acquisition following Siris' investment in December 2023.

Siris Acquires BearCom from Bertram Capital

Siris, a New York-based private equity firm, has agreed to acquire BearCom, a North American provider and integrator of wireless voice, video and data solutions, from Bertram Capital. The transaction is supported by financing from MCCP (led the financing) and private-credit provider Bow River Capital; Siris plans to invest to expand BearCom's video security, private mobile networks and DAS capabilities to accelerate organic and inorganic growth.

Fiserv Acquires StoneCastle Cash Management

The deal extends Fiserv's insured deposit and liquidity solutions for financial institutions and merchants and links StoneCastle's capabilities to Fiserv's FIUSD stablecoin and broader cash-management product set; financial terms were not disclosed.
