CSI (Computer Services, Inc.), a portfolio company backed by Centerbridge Partners, TA Associates, and Bridgeport Partners, acquired Qolo, a fintech company providing treasury solutions and payments infrastructure. The deal is intended to strengthen CSI’s commercial banking platform with Qolo’s real-time account visibility, multi-rail payment orchestration, and card infrastructure, supporting embedded finance for community and regional financial institutions and fintech/B2B payments providers.

The investment is intended to support iBase-t’s continued product innovation and global expansion, including scaling its Solumina platform and Solumina AI capabilities. Solabia, a Paris-headquartered biotech platform focused on natural active ingredients and diagnostics solutions, has agreed to acquire three complementary businesses as part of its international expansion strategy.
