PowerGEM Secures Growth Investment from General Atlantic and Acquires Telos Energy

PowerGEM, a U.S. power-grid simulation software and technical services provider, secured a strategic growth investment from General Atlantic’s BeyondNetZero fund. The company also completed the acquisition of Telos Energy, a consulting firm specializing in complex power system analysis, integrated resource planning, and market forecasting. Financial terms were not disclosed.
