DocLib Acquires Broom Street Software

DocLib, a Wilmington, Delaware–based provider of ERP-integrated accounts payable automation, has acquired Broom Street Software, a long-standing QAD-focused software and services provider. The deal broadens DocLib’s procure-to-pay and supplier collaboration capabilities—adding Broom Street’s Supplier Portal and Purchasing Desk—and strengthens its position in the QAD ecosystem while preserving continuity for existing customers.
