WIN Reality has acquired Yakkertech and launched SmartPark, a connected-field system that uses Yakkertech's optical pitch-tracking technology to capture 125+ live performance metrics for baseball and softball. The integration powers real-time analytics, officiating tools, and development workflows, with more than 2,500 SmartParks committed for installation beginning in 2026.

Doorvest has acquired Wreno, an AI-powered vendor management and project automation platform, to integrate enterprise-grade operations technology into its real estate investing platform. The acquisition will help Doorvest centralize operations, drive cost efficiency and property performance, and accelerate its strategy of acquiring local property management companies while improving outcomes for homeowners, residents, and investors.

Revelyst Inc. has acquired GolfLogix, a golf course mapping and GPS/mobile app company, from 8AM Golf; the deal closed on July 9 with terms undisclosed. GolfLogix will be integrated into Revelyst's Golf Technology platform to expand Revelyst's on-course software capabilities and product ecosystem while GolfLogix maintains a presence in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Integrity Data Solutions, a portfolio company of Falx Capital LLC, has acquired Asset Systems, Inc., a long-standing provider of non-inventory asset-tracking software (Ingenium and AssetWIN). The deal expands ID Solutions' cloud-based asset-tracking portfolio and capabilities, enabling the combined business to offer non-inventory asset tracking to customers across government, education, defense and other end markets.

Ionic Partners, an enterprise software-focused private equity firm, has acquired CXT Software, a Phoenix-based provider of courier, last-mile and shipment management software. The investment will support CXT’s product roadmap acceleration, expanded customer success resources, and scaling of operations to serve logistics and courier customers across North America.

Omegro, a portfolio within Volaris (Constellation Software), has acquired Dassian, a provider of SAP-certified add-ons for complex contract and project management in highly regulated industries. The acquisition will expand Omegro's capabilities in contract/project compliance and project accounting, and support Dassian's product innovation and growth plans.

Granicus has acquired Simpleview, a global provider of CRM, CMS and digital marketing solutions for destination marketing organizations, convention bureaus and venues. The deal expands Granicus's public-sector product capabilities and customer reach — combining Simpleview's destination-marketing platform and client base (1,000+ destinations) with Granicus's government engagement portfolio to serve more than 7,000 organizations worldwide.

Mosyle, an Apple device management and security platform, has acquired Assetbots, a small asset management software provider focused on schools and SMBs. Assetbots will operate independently under founder Chad Burggraf while integrating with Mosyle to deliver two-way syncing, exclusive commercial benefits, and enhanced security and scalability.

Valsoft Corporation has acquired Anju Software, a provider of life-sciences-focused clinical research, medical affairs, and data science software including products such as TrialMaster, IRMS MAX, and TA Scan. The acquisition marks Valsoft's first entry into the life sciences vertical and is intended to support Anju's continued product development and global growth.

Roper Technologies agreed to acquire Transact Campus for a net purchase price of $1.5 billion, combining Transact with Roper's existing CBORD business to create an expanded campus technology and payments offering. The deal values Transact at roughly 14x expected 2025 EBITDA and the company is expected to contribute about $325 million of revenue and $105 million of EBITDA in 2025.

i3 Verticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: IIIV) acquired Celtic Systems (Celtic Cross Holdings), a provider of enterprise software and services for motor vehicle administrations and motor carriers, for approximately $85 million, effective October 1, 2022. The acquisition expands i3 Verticals' Public Sector capabilities and geographic reach across U.S. states and Canadian provinces and is expected to be accretive to pro forma adjusted diluted EPS.

JDM Technology Group acquired Deneb Software, a Fountain Hills, Arizona-based provider of construction accounting and estimating software, with the transaction closing on June 30, 2022. Deneb — owned by Ken Lykins — will join JDM’s JOBPOWER business and continue operating under JDM’s portfolio to support its cloud-based construction software customers.

OceanSound Partners has made a strategic investment in CFM, a Tempe-based software provider that builds branch and teller automation and analytics solutions for banks and credit unions. The capital will support CFM’s product development, partnerships and potential acquisitions while the company continues to be led by CEO John W. Smith.

Enphase Energy completed the acquisition of 365 Pronto, a Scottsdale-based predictive software marketplace that matches cleantech asset owners and installers with on-demand service providers. The purchase integrates 365 Pronto’s two-sided service-dispatch platform into Enphase’s digital offerings to expand service capabilities, access a nationwide supplemental labor pool, and improve customer wait times for solar, battery storage, and EV charging maintenance.

California Tacos, Inc. has signed a binding letter of intent to acquire OnPlate, a Phoenix-based mobile app that combines menu, ordering and payment processing. The deal (closing scheduled October 27, 2021) will consolidate California Tacos’ Bag-it-to-go technology into the OnPlate brand to accelerate the buyer’s digital strategy and support immediate market deployment.

Versaterm Public Safety, a Banneker Partners–backed public safety software company, has acquired JusticeTrax, a Mesa, Arizona–based developer of laboratory information management systems (LIMS) for forensic science. The acquisition extends Versaterm’s vRMS platform capabilities into forensic laboratory operations and will see JusticeTrax integrated into Versaterm’s product suite while continuing to be offered as a standalone solution.

Versaterm Public Safety, a Banneker Partners portfolio company, has acquired eJust Systems, a provider of Charge Management System (CMS) software that automates case preparation and disclosure between law enforcement and prosecutors. The add-on purchase expands Versaterm's public safety software suite and aims to streamline cruiser-to-court workflows for police, prosecutors and courts.

SSB, a Denver-based data management and analytics company, has acquired Affinaquest, a Salesforce-based higher education advancement software provider. The deal brings Affinaquest's cloud CRM and fundraising capabilities together with SSB's donor data management and matching-gift solutions to create an integrated advancement platform; SSB is PE-backed by Strattam Capital.

Foundation Software, a provider of construction back-office solutions, has acquired McCormick Systems, a Chandler, Arizona–based developer of estimating and digital takeoff software for electrical, plumbing and mechanical trades. The acquisition expands Foundation's product capabilities into estimating and digital takeoff, enabling the company to offer a broader, industry-specific suite to contractors nationwide; terms were not disclosed.

Unity has acquired VisualLive, an augmented reality (AR) platform for the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry, to expand Unity Reflect’s AR capabilities and connect field teams with design/BIM data. The acquisition closed on March 4, 2021, and VisualLive employees will join Unity from VisualLive’s headquarters in Scottsdale, Arizona; financial terms were not disclosed.

3Pillar Global, a Fairfax, Virginia-based software product development firm and portfolio company of CIP Capital, has acquired Tempe, Arizona-based Tiempo Development in an add-on transaction. The deal expands 3Pillar's nearshore delivery footprint and capabilities—including data science, analytics, IoT, and cloud services—and brings more than 400 Tiempo engineers into the combined organization.

LINQ (EMS LINQ INC) has acquired Colyar Technology Solutions, an Arizona-based provider of school nutrition management software. The deal combines LINQ’s K-12 administrative platform with Colyar’s child nutrition and compliance solutions to expand LINQ’s product capabilities and strengthen its presence with state agencies and school districts.

Resurgens Technology Partners has made a strategic equity investment in Axosoft, the Phoenix-based maker of the GitKraken DevOps productivity and collaboration suite. The investment will support product enhancements and new DevOps offerings while Wayne Williams joins as Executive Chairman and two former Embarcadero executives (Mike Swindell and James Pitts) will support the company’s growth strategy.

BrieBug, a Denver-based Angular and software development agency, has acquired Phoenix-based full-stack development agency VenturPlex. The acquisition expands BrieBug's development capabilities (DevOps, product management, UX) and brings VenturPlex co-founders into BrieBug's leadership team to support growth and a new training initiative.

Colyar Technology Solutions, a Castle Harlan portfolio company, has acquired Dynamic Internet Solutions (DIS), a 20-year provider of software for U.S. Department of Agriculture Child Nutrition and Food Distribution programs. DIS's founder, Steve Brooks, will join Colyar's leadership and the business will transition to Colyar's Scottsdale, Arizona headquarters to expand product offerings and service levels for school nutrition customers.

Octo, a Reston, Virginia-based provider of federal technology solutions and an Arlington Capital portfolio company, has acquired Connexta, a Phoenix, Arizona-based open source software and secure discovery solutions provider. The deal (which adds roughly 130 employees) expands Octo's open-source development, cloud engineering, geospatial intelligence (GEOINT), data interoperability and C4ISR capabilities and broadens its footprint across the Intelligence Community, Department of Defense and allied partners.

Arreva, a provider of cloud-based fundraising and donor relationship management software, has acquired Heritage Designs, the Phoenix-based developer of MatchMaker FundRaising software. Heritage Designs' founder Diana Hoyt and her team will join Arreva and be based in Arreva's Phoenix office; terms were not disclosed.

Abry Partners, a Boston-based private equity firm, completed a recapitalization of Phoenix-based Anju Software to provide capital for product enhancement and global expansion. Anju Software is a provider of integrated software and data solutions for the life sciences industry and will partner with Abry to accelerate growth and pursue market leadership.

Vector Capital, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Aspect Software, a provider of customer engagement, workforce optimization and omni‑channel contact center solutions. Vector appointed Patrick Dennis as CEO and Chris DeBiase as CFO and said the deal will support management in expanding Aspect’s position in the growing customer engagement and call center market.

ParkerGale Capital, a technology-focused private equity firm, has acquired Ipro Tech, a developer of advanced eDiscovery software solutions. Terms were not disclosed; ParkerGale plans increased investment in Ipro’s Automated Digital Discovery (ADD) platform, product expansion, and board-level support including appointment of Mike Suchsland.

Hyland Software, a portfolio company of Thoma Bravo, has acquired LawLogix, a Phoenix-based SaaS provider of HR compliance and immigration process management solutions. Vista Point Advisors served as financial advisor to LawLogix in the transaction. The deal adds immigration and workforce-compliance capabilities to Hyland's enterprise content management product suite.
