The acquisition (agreement dated August 27, 2024) was paid via 8,000,000 restricted shares of Dragon Interact, Inc., a majority-owned subsidiary of DatChat, and is intended to enhance media tagging, renaming and organization capabilities ahead of Myseum's Fall 2024 release.
