California Tacos Acquires OnPlate Mobile App

California Tacos, Inc. has signed a binding letter of intent to acquire OnPlate, a Phoenix-based mobile app that combines menu, ordering and payment processing. The deal (closing scheduled October 27, 2021) will consolidate California Tacos’ Bag-it-to-go technology into the OnPlate brand to accelerate the buyer’s digital strategy and support immediate market deployment.
