Revelyst, a segment of Vista Outdoor Inc., has acquired PinSeeker, a Wasserman portfolio company and a leading off-course golf simulator competition app. PinSeeker will be integrated into Foresight Sports within Revelyst’s Precision Sports Technology platform and its team will relocate to San Diego to accelerate Revelyst’s software and tournament offerings for off-course golf.

Golf Genius Acquires Swing by Swing Golf (SwingU)

The acquisition brings Shotzoom’s consumer-facing Golfshot user base and CoachNow’s coaching capabilities into Golf Genius’ product suite, with the Shotzoom team joining Golf Genius and Ben Addoms leading a new division.

Golf Genius Acquires ThrivSports Coaching Platform
