Omegro, a portfolio within Volaris (part of Constellation Software Inc.), has acquired 4R Systems, a Pennsylvania-based provider of cloud-based inventory and supply chain optimization and demand planning software. The business will be integrated as a tuck-in to Omegro's Gaina vertical to expand supply chain, warehousing and logistics capabilities for the retail and consumer goods markets.

Volaris Group Acquires Nydus Systems Informatica

Volaris Group, an operating group of Constellation Software Inc., has acquired Nydus Systems Informatica, a São Paulo–based provider of HR management and payroll systems for small and medium-sized businesses in Brazil. Nydus will continue to operate under founder and CEO Adalberto Argente as Volaris aims to strengthen its HR/payroll capabilities and service offering in the Brazilian market.

Orion Innovation Acquires Sryas in Strategic Combination

Orion Innovation, a portfolio company of One Equity Partners, has entered into a strategic combination with Sryas, a global technology firm specializing in data management, analytics and application services. The deal adds more than 550 Sryas associates and the Analance analytics platform to Orion, strengthening Orion's telecommunications capabilities and nearshore footprint (notably in Canada).

Volaris Group Acquires 4D SAS

Tribute will maintain its brand and leadership under CEO Tim Reynolds and join Volaris' Asset Management vertical alongside AssetWorks and Smartrak to expand Volaris' capabilities in distribution-focused ERP solutions.
