Volaris Group Acquires 4D SAS

Volaris Group has acquired 4D SAS, a France-based developer platform company that offers hybrid low-code platforms 4D and Qodly. 4D will continue to operate under CEO Eric Teissandier and retain its global operations (including ~100-person team in Rabat, Morocco); Volaris said the deal expands its Developer Platform portfolio and supports 4D's long-term growth and innovation.
