SAP SE has acquired Emarsys, a Vienna-based provider of cloud-based omnichannel marketing and customer engagement software, from Vector Capital. Terms were not disclosed; Vector Capital had been Emarsys' first outside institutional investor since 2015 and helped scale the business globally, including expansion into the U.S.

Genstar Capital Acquires Majority Stake in Vector Solutions

Vector Capital (former owner of Aspect) remains a minority equity holder; the combined transaction is valued at over $1 billion.

Varian (Siemens Healthineers) Acquires Aspekt Solutions from L2 Capital

Varian, a Siemens Healthineers company, has acquired Aspekt Solutions, a provider of medical physics, dosimetry and radiation oncology consulting and staffing services. The seller was L2 Capital, which realized its 2017 investment in the business; terms were not disclosed. The acquisition expands Varian's Advanced Oncology Solutions offerings and its ability to deliver customized clinical and operational support to oncology providers.

Vector Capital Acquires Patron Technology
