Iron Creek Partners, alongside investor SKP Holdings (led by Shashank Patel), completed a recapitalization of Prism Visual Software, a Roslyn, New York-based provider of direct store delivery (DSD) and route accounting software. Shashank Patel joined as CEO and Lorraine Keating will remain as President; the investment is intended to support Prism’s product development, organic growth and potential acquisitions in the DSD software space.
