ReSpark Acquires UptimePM (ReSpark Maintenance)

ReSpark completed its acquisition of UptimePM, a maintenance and facility management software platform for heavy industrial operations. UptimePM is now a wholly owned part of ReSpark and will be rebranded as ReSpark Maintenance, expanding ReSpark’s metal recycling software platform with equipment maintenance and yard/facility workflows.
