ZenaTech Acquires ESM Software

ZenaTech has completed the acquisition of ESM Software, a Boston-based strategy execution and performance management company. The deal adds ESM’s strategy/OKR and cybersecurity compliance capabilities to ZenaTech’s enterprise SaaS division and is expected to be integrated into ZenaTech’s beta-stage Zoo Office platform.
