The deal adds ESM’s strategy/OKR and cybersecurity compliance capabilities to ZenaTech’s enterprise SaaS division and is expected to be integrated into ZenaTech’s beta-stage Zoo Office platform.

Morgan Stanley to Acquire EquityZen

Morgan Stanley has entered into an agreement to acquire EquityZen, a private-shares marketplace that connects shareholders of private companies with accredited investors. The deal is designed to strengthen Morgan Stanley’s private markets ecosystem by combining EquityZen’s issuer-aligned cap table integration and private shares marketplace with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management’s private markets offerings. The transaction is expected to close in early 2026, subject to customary regulatory approvals.

Synergy ECP Acquires SPYROS Information & Technology Consulting

CCP Capital Strategies Acquires Executive Information Systems (EIS)

Five Points Capital provided unitranche debt financing and an equity co-investment to support the transaction; EIS holds a GSA Schedule and is a federal channel partner for SAS Institute.
