Vectorworks, part of the Nemetschek Group, has acquired Morpholio, the developer of Morpholio Trace, Morpholio Board, and Morpholio Journal mobile design apps. The acquisition brings Morpholio's mobile sketching, moodboarding, and production-ready AI features into Vectorworks' BIM/CAD product lineup to create more seamless workflows between mobile devices and Vectorworks design files.

ACES Quality Management, a provider of enterprise quality management and control software for financial services, has acquired BaseCap Analytics, an enterprise data quality platform. The acquisition integrates BaseCap’s data validation and rule-based data engine into ACES’ platform to expand automated data quality checks, improve compliance, and strengthen capabilities for lenders and other financial institutions.

JWX has acquired Aug X Labs, the startup behind Augie Studio, to add LLM-powered content transformation and AI-assisted video production capabilities to its publisher platform. Augie Studio will be incorporated into JWX Studio, and all Aug X Labs employees will join JWX; financial terms were not disclosed.

Usercentrics, the privacy-led marketing platform, has acquired MCP Manager, a New York–based governance platform for the Model Context Protocol (MCP). The deal integrates MCP Manager’s production-grade MCP gateway and consent enforcement capabilities into Usercentrics’ Privacy-Led Marketing suite to extend consent, observability, and policy enforcement into AI-driven workflows; financial terms were not disclosed.

Postman has acquired Fern, a New York–based developer experience company that builds API documentation and SDK generation tooling. The entire Fern team will join Postman, with Fern's product, brand and roadmap remaining in place to expand Postman's API documentation and SDK capabilities; financial terms were not disclosed.

UserTesting has acquired User Interviews to combine its enterprise customer insights platform with User Interviews' participant recruitment marketplace, strengthening participant access and panel management for user research, market research, and AI training. Financial terms were not disclosed; Lightning Partners served as exclusive financial advisor to User Interviews.

Quickbase has acquired Juiced Technologies, a long-standing partner that develops and hosts advanced Quickbase add-ons. The acquisition brings Juiced's document formatting, e-signature, geomapping and email-to-text capabilities into Quickbase to extend native platform functionality and simplify customers' tech stacks.

Icertis, the Bellevue-based leader in AI-powered contract intelligence, has acquired Dioptra to deepen its AI capabilities—integrating Dioptra’s surgical redlining and automated playbook technology into the Icertis Contract Intelligence platform (Vera). The Dioptra team will join Icertis’ product and engineering organization to accelerate AI-first contract automation and pre-signature agent capabilities for enterprise legal and procurement teams.

Haven Capital Partners and Altaline Capital Management acquired and combined 3H Compliance Group and National Licensing Compliance Group to form Saratoga Compliance Solutions, a next-generation insurance compliance software and services platform headquartered in Saratoga Springs, New York. The new platform, led by Gary Harker as CEO and supported by industry leaders on its board, will deliver integrated license and entity management, surplus lines filings and infraction management to more than 300 clients and pursue AI-driven product innovation and strategic acquisitions.

Atlassian Corporation has completed its acquisition of The Browser Company of New York Inc., the maker of the Arc and Dia browsers. The deal brings browser technology and AI-enabled browsing capabilities to Atlassian as it looks to reimagine the browser for knowledge work and better connect SaaS applications for enterprise users.

AlphaSense has acquired Carousel, an AI-powered Excel modeling startup, to embed dynamic generative financial modeling into its market intelligence platform. The acquisition will integrate Carousel's model-building and data-extraction capabilities into AlphaSense’s generative AI workflows; financial terms were not disclosed.

TRG Screen has acquired Crizit, a New York–based fintech that provides reference data optimization and intelligent data caching for financial institutions. The acquisition integrates Crizit's real-time optimization and caching capabilities into TRG Screen's market data management platform to expand product capabilities and deliver automated cost savings for clients.

Payscale Inc. has acquired Datapeople, an AI-powered recruiting platform that helps hiring teams create clearer, more compliant job postings. The acquisition expands Payscale's product capabilities by aligning talent acquisition and job-posting workflows with compensation benchmarking and pay-transparency compliance.

Farsight has acquired Presentable AI to add free-form, natural-language PowerPoint editing to its AI-driven workflow automation platform for financial services. The deal expands Farsight’s product capabilities by enabling conversational editing of arbitrary slides, strengthening its position in presentation and deliverable automation for finance and professional services firms.

Offchain Labs, the developer of Arbitrum and related tooling, has acquired ZeroDev, a New York–based provider of smart account infrastructure and developer tools. The purchase—terms undisclosed—expands Offchain Labs' product suite into consumer-facing application tooling and strengthens its developer infrastructure for account abstraction and onchain UX.

Ondo Finance has acquired blockchain development firm Strangelove to expand its engineering and product capabilities for building full-stack tokenized real-world asset (RWA) infrastructure. The deal brings Strangelove's team and expertise in secure, modular blockchain infrastructure and validator operations into Ondo to accelerate its omnichain asset issuance and forthcoming blockchain launch.

Snap Inc. has acquired Saturn, a social calendaring app used by high school and college students; financial terms were not disclosed. Saturn will continue to operate as a standalone app while almost the entire team (just under 30 full-time employees) joins Snap to bring calendaring expertise and social scheduling capabilities into Snapchat.

Automattic has acquired relationship-management app Clay; financial terms were not disclosed. Clay's small team, including co-founders Zachary Hamed and Matthew Achariam, is joining Automattic's Other Bets Division with plans to integrate Clay into Automattic products like Beeper and to evolve it as an identity layer for other tools.

Xsolla, a global video game commerce company, has acquired Ludo, a code-free social quests platform that drives community engagement and player activation. The deal brings Ludo's questing and loyalty technology into Xsolla's Web Shop and Rewards ecosystem to help game developers increase retention, engagement, and monetization.

Graitec, a global AEC software developer and Autodesk Platinum Partner, has acquired Microsol Resources, a New York–based Autodesk Gold Partner specializing in Building Information Modeling (BIM). The acquisition strengthens Graitec's U.S. presence and broadens its portfolio of software, consulting, training, and technical support for AEC customers.

Honeycomb acquired Grit, an open-source query system and AI agent, to simplify instrumentation and accelerate OpenTelemetry adoption for customers building end-to-end observability. Grit founder Morgante Pell will join Honeycomb’s engineering team to lead AI feature development; Honeycomb also announced executive hires Julie Neumann (CMO) and Matt Nelson (CRO).

FactSet acquired LiquidityBook for a gross purchase price of $246.5 million in cash, closing on February 7, 2025. The acquisition adds LiquidityBook's cloud-native OMS, IBOR and FIX network capabilities to FactSet's portfolio to better connect front- and middle-office workflows for asset managers, hedge funds and sell-side clients.

Italian technology company Bending Spoons has acquired Loomly, a social media management platform, from ASG. Willkie acted as legal advisor to Bending Spoons on the transaction; Loomly will join Bending Spoons' portfolio of digital products and services.

AppDirect has acquired Firstbase, an IT asset management and device lifecycle platform backed by Andreessen Horowitz and Kleiner Perkins. The acquisition will integrate Firstbase’s procurement and hardware asset management capabilities into AppDirect’s B2B subscription commerce platform, expanding AppDirect’s advisor channel offerings and giving Firstbase broader go-to-market reach.

Moss Adams has acquired Yurgosky Consulting Limited, LLC, a New York–based Salesforce-focused technology, strategy and analytics firm. The acquisition expands Moss Adams’ technology and applications capabilities by adding Yurgosky’s Salesforce expertise and native applications to the firm’s consulting offerings.

Copia Wealth Studios has acquired Kinship, a relationship management app for wealth managers, and will integrate Kinship’s relationship intelligence into Copia’s AI-powered WealthOS. Kinship founder and CEO Victoria Wejchert becomes a partner at Copia as part of the transaction, which expands Copia’s platform capabilities for family offices, RIAs and asset managers.

Cyncly, a global provider of visualization and business management software backed by TA Associates and Genstar Capital, has agreed to acquire Broadlume, a provider of digital marketing, product visualization and business management software for the flooring industry. The deal will fold Broadlume into Cyncly’s flooring division (Cyncly Flooring) to expand digital marketing, visualization, CRM/ERP and payments capabilities for flooring dealers, distributors and manufacturers across North America.

Bentonville-based retail analytics firm Nuqleous has acquired New York-based software company Interactive Edge, owner of the XP3 BI Cloud platform. The deal (terms not disclosed) combines Interactive Edge’s presentation automation and reporting capabilities with Nuqleous’ retail analytics and space-planning solutions to expand product capabilities and scale category management automation for CPG and retail customers.

BigTime Software has acquired WorkRails, a CPQ and workflow automation provider for professional services firms, to integrate CPQ functionality into its professional services automation platform. The acquisition expands BigTime’s product capabilities—linking sales quoting, project initiation, resource allocation, invoicing, and payments—to provide a unified end-to-end solution for mid-market professional services organizations. Terms were not disclosed and WorkRails leadership will remain in strategic roles.

Cvent has acquired Splash, an event marketing technology company, to extend its event and marketing platform into field and repeatable event programs. The acquisition brings Splash's platform — used by 500+ organizations including more than 60 Fortune 1000 companies — into Cvent's product suite to accelerate event marketing capabilities and drive pipeline for customers.

Phenom has acquired Tydy, a human-resources technology company that provides preboarding and onboarding workflows via its Employee Data Platform. The acquisition adds onboarding and preboarding capabilities to Phenom’s Intelligent Talent Experience platform and brings Tydy’s team, including its co-founders, into Phenom to accelerate end-to-end talent lifecycle functionality.

Epicor has acquired KYKLO, a provider of product information management (PIM) and content-driven lead generation solutions for manufacturers and distributors. The acquisition adds KYKLO's PIM and catalog/content-syndication capabilities to Epicor Commerce, accelerating Epicor's AI-driven ERP and digital commerce roadmap to improve product discovery and generate more qualified leads for customers.

Reveal, a Chicago-based provider of AI-powered eDiscovery and investigations software, has acquired Onna Technologies, a New York–based company that provides data-collection and management connectors for cloud collaboration platforms. The acquisition expands Reveal’s platform by integrating Onna’s unstructured-data collection, analysis and connector capabilities to improve defensible collection and streamline review-to-insight workflows for enterprise legal teams.

Vistar Media has acquired ADstruc, the traditional out-of-home (OOH) planning and buying software developed by PJX Media, to expand its end-to-end OOH technology suite. The ADstruc engineering team and account manager will join Vistar, and the tool — which has processed over $1B in OOH investments — will be made available to US agencies beginning June 1, 2024 with global expansion planned.

Talos has acquired Cloudwall, a US- and Singapore-based developer of digital asset risk management technology, to enhance its portfolio management system (PMS) for institutional clients. The acquisition adds Cloudwall's risk and portfolio analytics capabilities to Talos's institutional trading platform, accelerating development of next-generation PMS tools across spot, futures, perps and options.

rePurpose Global has acquired Bluebird Climate, a sustainability software platform that provides lifecycle assessments, packaging waste and recyclability analysis, and consumer transparency tools for consumer brands. The acquisition expands rePurpose Global's capabilities beyond plastic recovery into sustainability analytics and software, enabling a one-stop platform for brands to measure, improve, and communicate environmental performance.

Toptal has acquired the assets and brand of VironIT, a custom software development and IT consulting firm, to strengthen its end-to-end software development capabilities and expand offerings within Toptal Managed Delivery. The asset acquisition enhances Toptal's expertise across ERP, CRM, e-commerce, AR/VR and IoT development and aligns with its strategy to deliver more comprehensive, scalable solutions to clients worldwide.

Italian technology company Bending Spoons has completed the acquisition of U.S.-based community platform Meetup, which has more than 60 million registered members worldwide. Bending Spoons said it will leverage its technology and product expertise to accelerate Meetup's international expansion, grow membership, and improve organizer experience; Meetup CEO David Siegel will serve as an advisor following the transaction.

Deloitte has acquired substantially all of the assets of Giant Machines, a New York City–based digital product and software engineering company. The acquisition is intended to bolster Deloitte Digital and Deloitte Engineering capabilities by adding Giant Machines' product design, engineering and talent to Deloitte's suite of digital and engineering services.

Docker, Inc. has acquired New York–based AtomicJar, the company behind the open-source Testcontainers framework, in a mixed equity-and-cash deal. The acquisition expands Docker's developer tooling and testing capabilities—adding Testcontainers Desktop and Testcontainers Cloud—to improve the end-to-end developer experience.

DaySmart Software acquired Sawyer to expand its recreation-focused product suite, adding Sawyer’s scheduling, payments and marketplace capabilities for K–12 extracurricular activities. Sawyer, founded in 2015 in Brooklyn, provides a two-sided platform connecting parents with providers and will be integrated into DaySmart’s vertically-focused SMB software offerings; Leonis Partners served as Sawyer’s financial advisor.

Marlin Equity Partners completed a growth investment in TRAFiX, a New York–based provider of order and execution management software (OEMS) and FIX connectivity solutions for capital markets. The minority growth capital will support TRAFiX’s product development, global expansion and investments in people and talent; financial terms were not disclosed.

Automattic has acquired Texts.com, a desktop-first messaging app that consolidates conversations from platforms like iMessage, WhatsApp, Telegram, Signal, LinkedIn, Slack and Discord into a single, encrypted inbox. The acquisition expands Automattic’s consumer product portfolio into messaging and adds AI features (message summarization, drafting, translation) while the Texts.com team works on a mobile rollout.

Vista Equity Partners has acquired TRG Screen (TRGRP, Inc.) from Pamlico Capital. The transaction provides growth capital to accelerate TRG Screen's product innovation, go-to-market expansion and managed-service offerings for its enterprise subscription spend and usage management platform; Leigh Walters was named CEO as part of the transition.

Saksoft Limited, through its wholly owned subsidiaries, has completed the acquisition of Solveda (Solveda) Group, an eCommerce-focused software design and development firm headquartered in New York with delivery centers in London, Gurgaon and Noida. The purchase expands Saksoft's digital transformation capabilities in eCommerce and provides Solveda access to Saksoft's broader portfolio and global footprint.

MarketAxess Holdings Inc. has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Pragma, a New York–based quantitative trading technology provider. The acquisition will accelerate MarketAxess' development of AI-driven execution algorithms and data-driven analytics across fixed-income products and expand its multi-asset algorithmic capabilities.

Acturis Group has acquired New York–based Broker Buddha, a digital client engagement platform for insurance agencies, as part of Acturis's expansion into the United States. The deal brings Broker Buddha's US-focused technology and team into Acturis's global SaaS insurance platform.

Numerix has acquired PolyPaths, a provider of fixed-income and structured-finance analytics, to expand its asset-class coverage and Asset Liability Management (ALM) capabilities. Tricentis has acquired Waldo, a SaaS-based, no-code mobile test automation platform, to expand its mobile application testing capabilities. The acquisition integrates Waldo’s virtual-device-based, codeless mobile test automation into Tricentis’ AI-driven continuous testing portfolio to accelerate mobile test authoring and execution.

Nashville-based Uniguest, a portfolio company of Atlantic Street Capital, has acquired Bunch, a New York–based enterprise video and collaboration provider founded in 2016. The deal is an add-on intended to expand Uniguest's enterprise video, employee engagement and digital collaboration capabilities and bring Bunch's client list and technology to Uniguest's broader market.
