Permira Completes Acquisition of Squarespace

Permira completed its all-cash acquisition of Squarespace, taking the website-building platform private. The transaction followed Permira increasing its offer to $46.50 per share (about $7.2 billion transaction value), with Squarespace founder Anthony Casalena rolling over a substantial majority of his equity.
