Greenhouse Acquires Ezra AI Labs

Greenhouse, a hiring platform used by more than 7,500 companies, entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Ezra AI Labs, a voice AI interviewing startup that delivers structured, on-demand candidate conversations. The acquisition was expected to close later in the quarter, and it extends Greenhouse’s structured hiring approach to the front of the recruiting funnel where application volume is highest.
