Klaviyo to Acquire Agency Team and Technology to Expand AI Agent Capabilities

Klaviyo (autonomous B2C CRM) has agreed to acquire the team and proprietary software technology of Agency, an AI-native customer success company led by Elias Torres. Following closing, Torres is expected to become Klaviyo’s Chief Product Officer and lead Klaviyo’s agent product line, including Composer and Customer Agent.
