Klaviyo (autonomous B2C CRM) has agreed to acquire the team and proprietary software technology of Agency, an AI-native customer success company led by Elias Torres. Following closing, Torres is expected to become Klaviyo’s Chief Product Officer and lead Klaviyo’s agent product line, including Composer and Customer Agent.

Mistral AI Acquires Koyeb

The deal is subject to customary closing conditions and will bring Koyeb’s platform, technology, and team into Mistral AI’s compute offering while continuing to operate for existing customers with no immediate changes.

Hurricane Capital Acquires Kiyomi AI
