Nimonik Acquires LegiNation (BillTrack50) to Expand US Regulatory and Legislative Intelligence

Nimonik acquired LegiNation, the owner of the U.S. legislative and regulatory tracking platform BillTrack50. The deal officially closed on July 31, 2026, and will combine Nimonik’s global regulatory/standards compliance platform with BillTrack50’s real-time tracking of state and federal legislation across all 50 states. LegiNation will continue operating independently under the BillTrack50 brand, with founder Karen Suhaka remaining President.
