Colyar Technology Solutions, a Castle Harlan portfolio company, has acquired Dynamic Internet Solutions (DIS), a 20-year provider of software for U.S. Department of Agriculture Child Nutrition and Food Distribution programs. DIS's founder, Steve Brooks, will join Colyar's leadership and the business will transition to Colyar's Scottsdale, Arizona headquarters to expand product offerings and service levels for school nutrition customers.
