Digital Intelligence Systems Acquires LinTech Global

Digital Intelligence Systems, LLC (DISYS) has acquired LinTech Global, Inc., a federal prime contract holder that delivers IT and engineering solutions to U.S. defense and civilian agencies. Greenwich Capital Group served as financial advisor to LinTech; LinTech will operate as an independent business division within the DISYS portfolio to expand DISYS' federal workforce, IT and cybersecurity capabilities.

Digital Intelligence Systems (DISYS) Acquires Signature Consultants

Digital Intelligence Systems (DISYS) has acquired the legal entities of Signature Consultants to combine operations and form one of the largest IT staffing firms in the U.S., creating a combined organization with roughly $860M in annual revenue and more than 7,500 employees and consultants. The deal was financed with debt provided by Wells Fargo and capital from The Carlyle Group's Global Credit platform; both companies will retain their brands and senior leadership with DISYS CEO Mahfuz Ahmed leading the combined organization.

DISYS Acquires Assets and Business of Xtreme Consulting Group

Digital Intelligence Systems, LLC (DISYS), a global managed staffing and IT services firm based in McLean, Virginia, agreed to acquire the assets and business of Xtreme Consulting Group, a Kirkland, Washington–based talent and IT solutions provider. The acquisition (expected to close by May 11, 2018) adds technical test administration and an online training platform to DISYS’s capabilities, brings roughly 50 new clients and over 550 employees, and expands DISYS’s national coverage and service offerings.

DISYS Acquires MAKE Corporation
