DX will be integrated into Atlassian's System of Work and added to the Atlassian Software Collection to expand Atlassian's engineering intelligence and AI-native SDLC capabilities.

Kratos Defense & Security Solutions Acquires 5-D Systems, Inc.

Kratos Defense & Security Solutions acquired 5-D Systems, Inc., a CMMI Level 3 systems and software engineering firm with offices in the Austin (Round Rock), Texas area and Huntsville, Alabama. The acquisition adds systems/software engineering capability and CMMI pedigree to Kratos’ Unmanned Systems Division and establishes an engineering hub near key DoD customers in the Austin area.

Odyssey Investment Partners Acquires Applied Technical Services

Odyssey Investment Partners, through a fund it manages, has acquired Applied Technical Services (ATS), a Marietta, Georgia–based provider of testing, inspection, calibration and consulting engineering services. The deal was completed in partnership with ATS President Jim J.
