Paychex, Inc. has completed the all-cash acquisition of Paycor HCM, Inc. for $22.50 per share, representing approximately $4.1 billion of enterprise value. Funds advised by Apax Partners (the majority Paycor shareholder) and other Paycor stockholders sold their interests; Paychex expects more than $80 million in annual cost synergies and expanded upmarket and revenue opportunities from the combined HCM offerings.

Futuris Company Acquires Majority Stakes in Fourth Technologies (Fortek) and Soft2001

Futuris Company signed definitive agreements to acquire majority ownership in two Cherry Hill, New Jersey-based staffing firms, Fourth Technologies, Inc. (Fortek) and Soft2001, Inc. The two companies together generate roughly $7.25 million in annual revenue and the deals are intended to expand Futuris's HCM/staffing platform in the Northeast U.S.; both transactions were expected to close in September 2020.

XpertHR Acquires Gapsquare

Paychex Acquires Benefits Administration Software Provider Flock

The acquisition brings Flock’s benefits administration and onboarding software into Paychex’s HCM suite to expand Paychex’s digital HR and benefits capabilities; terms were not disclosed and Flock employees will join Paychex.

Staffing 360 Solutions Acquires Headway Workforce Solutions

ADP Acquires Pequity

Pequity’s AI‑enhanced, spreadsheet‑friendly SaaS platform — used by mid‑market, enterprise and multinational clients — will be integrated into ADP’s HCM ecosystem to broaden automated compensation planning, budgeting and compliance offerings.
