Bluewave Technology Group Acquires ForesTel

The deal—financial terms undisclosed—gives Bluewave its first presence in the U.S. Pacific Northwest and expands its telecom and IT advisory capabilities to serve ForesTel's ~700 commercial clients.

InflowCX Acquires NetFore Systems

Tofane Global Acquires Simfony (added to iBASIS IoT portfolio)

The deal adds Simfony's eSIM/eUICC-enabled connectivity management, MVNE stack and a Romania development centre to iBASIS' capabilities and strengthens its operations in the Netherlands.

Sangoma Technologies Acquires NetFortris from Spire Capital

Sangoma Technologies Corporation acquired NetFortris Corporation from private equity firm Spire Capital Partners for USD $68 million upfront plus up to $12 million in earn-outs (total up to $80 million). The acquisition adds NetFortris' UCaaS and managed MSP capabilities (approx. 250 employees, ~6,000 customers, ~60,000 seats, ~USD $50M revenue) to Sangoma's cloud communications platform to expand managed services and increase recurring revenue.
