EPAM Systems has acquired NEORIS, a Miami‑headquartered advanced technology consultancy with ~4,700–4,800 professionals, from funds managed by Advent International and Cemex. The transaction expands EPAM's nearshore and Latin America delivery capabilities and broadens its offerings across digital transformation, SAP, data & analytics, and AI for clients in manufacturing, banking, retail and other industries; the deal closed Nov. 1, 2024 (initial agreement announced Sept. 4, 2024).

Accelalpha Acquires Frontera Consulting

Huron Acquires Salesforce Industries Partner ForceIQ

The acquisition expands Foretopia's NetSuite implementation, integrations, SuiteApp development and AI-driven managed services across North America; former Esonus Managing Director Colin Boothe joins Foretopia as CIO and Chief Revenue Officer.
