Ryeco, LLC — a Cartersville, Georgia-based manufacturer backed by family office Bellview Capital Partners — has acquired Sandar Industries, Inc., a turn-up systems, adhesive tape and packaging solutions maker based in Atlantic Beach, Florida. The add-on expands Ryeco's product portfolio and paper & packaging footprint to better serve its global customer base; terms were not disclosed.

Industrias Bachoco Acquires RYC Alimentos

Industrias Bachoco S.A.B. de C.V. has completed the acquisition of 100% of the shares of RYC Alimentos, a multiproduct meat processor and distributor with productive facilities in Puebla and ~21 retail stores across four Mexican states. The transaction includes two plants and was valued at approximately $61 million in stockholders' equity; RYC reports around $150 million in annual sales and employs more than 900 people.

Aramsco Acquires Casey Engineered Maintenance

The deal expands Aramsco's product offering and New England footprint while adding Casey's maintenance programs, equipment repair capabilities and customer relationships in education, healthcare and hospitality markets. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Foley Company Acquires SALSCO, Inc.

Foley Company has acquired SALSCO, Inc., a Cheshire, Connecticut-based manufacturer of turf maintenance and golf-course equipment founded in 1979. The acquisition adds SALSCO’s 40+ in-house products, a nationwide distributor network and more than 70 employees to Foley’s turf equipment portfolio to expand its product capabilities for golf courses and turf professionals.
