Smart Kreate Group (SKG) was formed through transactions completed in August 2025 by combining Smart Minds Holdings Limited, Times Express Limited (TEX), and H2N Limited, and is backed by Oceanus Family Office and Caelus Global Strategy Fund SPC. The Hong Kong–headquartered cloud logistics and SaaS group plans to scale into the U.S. market, pursue a Nasdaq listing, and accelerate growth via AI-powered logistics SaaS and expanded global operations.

Main Street Capital provided $50.8 million of financing (first‑lien senior secured term debt and minority equity) to UBM ParentCo, LLC (United Business Mail) to facilitate UBM's merger with Mystic Logistics Holdings, LLC. As part of the transaction Main Street exited its debt and equity investments in Mystic and became a lender and minority equity owner in UBM.
