Global Clean Energy has acquired Flamelit, a mission-driven AI and data science firm, and folded its consulting operations into Global Clean Energy's new AI Division. The deal brings Flamelit's active client contracts, $2.1 million in historical revenue, and a team including four core employees (plus a bench of senior data scientists) to accelerate AI-driven solutions across energy, infrastructure, climate resilience, and public health.

Trio Mobil secured $26.5 million in growth financing led by NewSpring (via its NewSpring Growth strategy) with participation from existing investors 212 and TIBAS Ventures. The capital will be used to scale Trio Mobil’s AI- and IoT-based workplace safety and efficiency platform, accelerate U.S. and international expansion, and support product and device deployment.

Mailchimp has acquired Inspector 6, an AI platform that analyzes marketing content and provides recommendations to improve performance. The acquisition brings Inspector 6’s text and visual analytics capabilities into Mailchimp’s marketing platform and adds founder John Wolf to Mailchimp as Principal Product Manager, Smart Content.

Search Discovery, an Atlanta-based data transformation firm, has acquired Peachtree AI to add machine learning and cognitive computing services to its offerings. Peachtree AI founder Joseph Sutherland joins Search Discovery to lead AI and data science solution development, accelerating the buyer’s AI capability expansion.

Jvion, an Atlanta-based healthcare AI company, raised a significant growth equity round led by JMI Equity with participation from Health Enterprise Partners and Health Velocity Capital, alongside strategic investments from Intermountain Healthcare and Trinity Health. The financing will accelerate Jvion’s expansion across provider, payor and pharmaceutical markets and further develop its prescriptive AI platform for improving clinical outcomes.
