Lewis Automotive Group (through Jamey Lewis-Gonzalez and Brad Lewis) has acquired the GMC of Dodge City dealership from the G1 Group. The GMC franchise will be relocated to Lewis Automotive Group's Chevrolet dealership in Dodge City as part of the family-owned group's local consolidation and expansion of its franchised dealer footprint.

Dutch Miller Auto Group has acquired Cody Foster Buick GMC of El Dorado, Kansas from owner Cody Foster. The single-location Buick/GMC dealership will be renamed Dutch Miller Buick GMC of El Dorado as part of Dutch Miller's geographic expansion into Kansas.

Old World Industries, LLC has acquired the automotive lighting business of EiKO Global, LLC in a divestiture transaction. Angle Advisors served as exclusive advisor to EiKO; the acquisition adds a broad portfolio of automotive lighting products to Old World’s aftermarket distribution and product capabilities.
