Inverness Graham Investments’ portfolio company EiKO Global has acquired Xeleum Lighting, a Boynton Beach, Florida manufacturer and distributor of intelligent LED fixtures and controls. The add-on expands EiKO’s smart-LED platform and control-oriented capabilities to increase wallet share with commercial and industrial customers; terms were not disclosed.

Exaktera Acquires Advanced Illumination Inc.

Exaktera LLC, a portfolio company of Union Park Capital, has acquired Advanced Illumination Inc., a designer and manufacturer of specialty LED lighting assemblies and drivers for machine vision, industrial imaging and biomedical applications. Terms were not disclosed; Advanced Illumination will continue operating from Rochester, Vermont with John Thrailkill remaining in a leadership role and will be integrated into Exaktera's precision components platform to expand machine-vision illumination capabilities.

LKQ Corporation / Elitek Vehicle Services Acquires Greenlight Automotive

LKQ Corporation, through its Elitek Vehicle Services division, acquired Greenlight Automotive, a Nebraska-based mobile vehicle diagnostics business. The deal expands Elitek's mobile diagnostics coverage into the Lincoln and Omaha markets, with Greenlight to be rebranded under Elitek by year-end.

HEICO Corporation to Acquire Exxelia from IK Partners (IK VII)

HEICO Corporation has entered into exclusive negotiations to purchase Exxelia from an affiliate of the IK VII Fund. Exxelia, headquartered in Paris and a manufacturer of high-reliability passive components and precision subsystems with ~2,100 employees and ~€190m revenue (FY2022), will broaden HEICO's product portfolio and European footprint pending regulatory approvals.

DexKo Global (AL-KO) Acquires Nordelettronica S.r.l.

DexKo Global, through its subsidiary AL-KO Vehicle Technology, has acquired Italian electronics specialist Nordelettronica S.r.l., expanding AL-KO’s product portfolio in electronic components for recreational vehicles and industrial electronics. The deal (closed November 30, 2020) brings Nordelettronica’s two development and production sites in Italy and Romania into the DexKo group; financial terms were not disclosed.

Truck-Lite Acquires Lumitec

Truck-Lite, Co., LLC has acquired Lumitec LLC, a designer and manufacturer of extreme-environment LED lighting and lighting control systems for marine, off-highway and specialty vehicle OEM and aftermarket customers. Brown Gibbons Lang & Company served as exclusive financial advisor to Lumitec; terms were not disclosed. The acquisition expands Truck-Lite’s product and OEM capabilities in marine and specialty vehicle lighting.
