Inverness Graham Investments’ portfolio company EiKO Global has acquired Xeleum Lighting, a Boynton Beach, Florida manufacturer and distributor of intelligent LED fixtures and controls. The add-on expands EiKO’s smart-LED platform and control-oriented capabilities to increase wallet share with commercial and industrial customers; terms were not disclosed.
