Glamox, a Triton-backed lighting group, has acquired 100% of the shares in Luxonic Group Ltd (Luxonic Lighting). Luxonic is a UK-based lighting manufacturer (GBP 16.6m revenue in 2018) with a manufacturing plant in Basingstoke; the deal strengthens Glamox's position and product offering in the UK professional lighting market.

CORE Industrial Partners Acquires Kelvix

CORE Industrial Partners, a Chicago-based private equity firm, has acquired Kelvix LLC, a Lake Oswego, Oregon-based designer and supplier of commercial linear LED lighting systems. The investment is CORE's first from its Fund II and is intended to accelerate Kelvix's growth by leveraging CORE's lighting industry expertise and capital to expand capabilities and customer experience.

Chauvet Acquires LiteGear

Chauvet has acquired LiteGear, the Burbank-based cinematic LED lighting manufacturer, with the merger taking effect January 22, 2025. Chauvet will incorporate LiteGear into a new Chauvet Cinema Group (led by Mike Wagner) alongside Kino Flo to expand its cinematic lighting product portfolio, manufacturing scale and global market reach.

Noble Venture Partners Acquires LumEfficient Lighting Corporation

LumEfficient Lighting Corporation, a Brentwood, Tennessee-based maker of industrial LED lighting, was sold by founder Randy Reid to an individual investor affiliated with Noble Venture Partners. The transaction closed on September 17, 2025 and was advised by Generational Group; the buyer intends to expand LumEfficient’s presence in hazardous-location and industrial markets.

EiKO Global (Inverness Graham-backed) Acquires Xeleum Lighting

Inverness Graham Investments’ portfolio company EiKO Global has acquired Xeleum Lighting, a Boynton Beach, Florida manufacturer and distributor of intelligent LED fixtures and controls. The add-on expands EiKO’s smart-LED platform and control-oriented capabilities to increase wallet share with commercial and industrial customers; terms were not disclosed.

Baymark Partners Acquires Brilliance LED with Financing from Brookside Capital Partners

Dallas-based private equity firm Baymark Partners has acquired Brilliance LED, LLC, a Carefree, Arizona manufacturer of LED landscape lamps and fixtures. Brookside Capital Partners provided subordinated debt and an equity co-investment to facilitate the transaction; Brilliance sells over 500 SKUs to more than 200 distributors nationwide.
