Automotive Acquisitions in Nevada

Vehlo, a provider of integrated software and payment solutions for the vehicle service industry, has acquired Total Customer Connect (TCC), a provider of customer retention, service lane technology and marketing solutions for automotive dealerships. The deal will integrate TCC's automated service reminders, digital multi-point inspections, CRM and personalized marketing capabilities into Vehlo's platform to enhance dealership service-lane workflows and customer engagement.

B&R Auto, a Corvallis-based portfolio company of Highview Capital, has acquired Reno Auto Wrecking, the largest full-service auto dismantler in Northern Nevada. The add-on strengthens B&R’s Nevada presence and delivery network, expanding product selection and service for collision repair shops and DIY customers in the region.

America's Group, a nationwide vehicle auction and remarketing company based in Carmel, Indiana, has acquired DAA Las Vegas, a full-service vehicle auction facility. The acquisition expands America's Group's national footprint and adds a 17-acre Las Vegas auction site with reconditioning and mechanical services to its network.

WOW Carwash has acquired Soap City Express Car Wash, an express car wash location near downtown Las Vegas, as part of its regional expansion. The deal is supported by Garnett Station Partners, which previously made a growth investment in WOW; the location will be rebranded to WOW as the company expands its Las Vegas footprint.

Lithia Motors, Inc. has acquired Henderson Hyundai Superstore/Genesis from owner Frank Maione. The Nevada dealership will continue operating as Henderson Hyundai Superstore and will expand Lithia's presence in the Las Vegas metro area; DCG Acquisitions (Dave Cantin Group) represented both the seller and buyer in the transaction.

Utah-based Jerry Seiner Dealerships has acquired Earnhardt Buick GMC and Earnhardt Mazda in Las Vegas from Earnhardt Auto Centers. The deal represents Earnhardt Auto Centers divesting two Las Vegas stores so it can focus on its core Arizona operations while Jerry Seiner expands geographically into the Las Vegas market.

Garnett Station Partners has made a growth investment in WOW Carwash, the Las Vegas-based operator of eco-friendly, tech-enabled express car washes. The capital from Garnett Station's GSP 3.0 Fund will be used to accelerate geographic expansion and growth of WOW's multi-location platform across the Southwestern United States; financial terms were not disclosed.
