Building Products Acquisitions in Hawaii

Outdoor Living Supply (OLS), a Trilantic-backed distribution platform focused on hardscapes, has acquired Geobunga, an independent Honolulu-based distributor of garden elements, natural stone, pavers, bulk materials and landscape supplies. The founders Layla and Andrew Dedrick will remain in leadership roles as OLS expands its footprint into the Hawaiian market as an add-on to its platform.

Core & Main, Inc. has acquired substantially all of the assets of Distributors, Inc., a Honolulu-based full-service distributor of fire protection products and fabrication services. The acquisition expands Core & Main's fire protection footprint in Hawaii and brings Distributors, Inc.'s local expertise and fabrication capabilities into Core & Main's national distribution platform.
