Garden Supply operates two locations in San Jose and San Carlos, employs 51 people, and will remain led by Ken Riches following the transaction.

Schofield Co., Inc., a leading East Coast natural stone and landscape-products distributor. The deal — OLS's first acquisition since launching in late 2020 — adds nine wholesale distribution centers, five production/fabrication facilities and transportation capabilities across multiple states to the OLS platform and aims to strengthen Schofield's sales and distribution while supporting geographic expansion.

The family-owned company founded by Mark Wilson (2018) will continue to be run by Mark after the acquisition, giving OLS a foothold in southern Nevada as it expands westward.
