Outdoor Living Supply Acquires Garden Supply Hardscapes

Outdoor Living Supply (OLS), a Trilantic-backed distribution platform focused on outdoor living and hardscape products, has acquired Garden Supply Hardscapes, a Northern California distributor of hardscape, natural stone, brick, lighting and bulk materials. Garden Supply operates two locations in San Jose and San Carlos, employs 51 people, and will remain led by Ken Riches following the transaction.

The family-owned company founded by Mark Wilson (2018) will continue to be run by Mark after the acquisition, giving OLS a foothold in southern Nevada as it expands westward.
