The deal expands OLS' footprint in northern New England and will keep Daniel Gordon in place to continue leading LandCare.

The family-owned company founded by Mark Wilson (2018) will continue to be run by Mark after the acquisition, giving OLS a foothold in southern Nevada as it expands westward.
