Cambridge Financial Group, Inc. entered into a definitive merger agreement to acquire First Seacoast Bancorp, Inc. in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately $80.9 million. First Seacoast Bancorp stockholders will receive $17.25 in cash per share, and the combined organization plans to operate First Seacoast Bank’s offices as branches within Cambridge Savings Bank’s network of 24 full-service offices.
Leidos Security Enterprise Solutions (SES) is set to combine with Analogic, with the combined global security imaging and detection business operating under the Analogic brand. Leidos and investment firm Altaris entered into a joint venture agreement, with the transaction expected to close in the second half of 2026, subject to approvals and customary conditions.
