Harbourfront Wealth Group entered into a definitive agreement to receive a strategic investment from Boston-based private equity firm Berkshire Partners at a C$1.775 billion valuation. Audax Private Equity will retain a significant interest, and the deal is expected to close in the second half of 2026, subject to regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions.
Belmont Medical Technologies, backed by Audax Private Equity, has acquired Arcos, Inc., a Missouri City, Texas-based health IT company focused on trauma, burn care, and Massive Transfusion Protocol (MTP) workflows. The acquisition adds Arcos’s proprietary Burn Navigator and BloodNav software solutions to Belmont’s fluid-resuscitation and patient-temperature management portfolio.
FDH Aero entered into a definitive agreement to receive a majority investment from Bain Capital Private Equity, with Audax Private Equity (the company’s majority shareholder since 2017) expected to remain a significant investor. The partnership is intended to fund FDH’s next phase of growth through continued investment in capabilities, its service model, global reach, and strategic acquisitions.

ACP acquired Counsel Press in October 2023 and rebranded the company as Proceed after executing multiple add-on acquisitions, and the new capital will fund further strategic add-ons and technology investments across the litigation lifecycle.
Audax Private Equity acquired AKAM and its subsidiaries, a property management and real estate firm serving residential and commercial properties. Nautic Partners sold its stake in AKAM as part of the transaction, which closed on February 27, 2026. The AKAM management team, led by CEO Ken Greene, will continue to lead the business.
FCH completed the acquisition of Axiflow Technologies, a specialist in sanitary twin-screw pump solutions for the food, beverage, and pharmaceutical industries. The deal expands FCH’s hygienic process capabilities and deepens its position in high-purity fluid handling by integrating Axiflow’s proprietary pump technology while Axiflow continues operating with commercial autonomy.
Doeren Mayhew acquired Birmingham, Alabama-based CPA firm Dent Moses, LLP and its affiliate Impact Technology Group LLC, expanding Doeren Mayhew’s footprint into Alabama. The deal adds nine principals and nearly 65 professionals, while Impact Technology Group continues under the “A Doeren Mayhew Company” designation.
Audax Private Equity has acquired a majority stake in Keystone, purchasing the global technology and advisory services practice from RLH Equity Partners in a recapitalization that closed January 2, 2026. Concurrently, Keystone spun out its Core AI business as an independent B2B AI SaaS company (Keystone.AI) with RLH retaining a minority stake; Jeff Marowits was named CEO and Greg Richards will remain as a senior strategic advisor.

Aspen Surgical, a portfolio company of Audax Private Equity, has acquired Cygnus Medical and Flagship Surgical to expand its perioperative product offering. The add-on deals broaden Aspen’s infection-prevention and OR safety capabilities and mark entry into the endoscopy market; financial terms were not disclosed.
