Edenred announced a strategic partnership with Abry Partners in which Abry will invest in Edenred Pay North America, a B2B payments automation platform focused on invoice-to-pay in the United States. Under the deal, Abry will make an initial $75 million cash investment and receive convertible preferred shares with potential conversion into up to 40% of common shares on a fully diluted basis.
