Building Products Acquisitions in Nevada

1847 Holdings LLC (NYSE American: EFSH) completed the acquisition of CMD Inc., a Las Vegas-based cabinetry, millwork and door manufacturer, for approximately $18.75 million. CMD reported TTM revenue of $33.1 million and net income of $10.4 million as of October 31, 2024; 1847 plans to expand CMD's geographic reach (Arizona and Utah), launch a tract-home division and leverage synergies with its subsidiary Innovative Cabinets and Design.

Builders FirstSource, Inc. has acquired High Mountain Door & Trim Inc., a Reno, Nevada-based finished carpentry and millwork business, from 1847 Holdings LLC for approximately $17 million. The business reported roughly $30 million in trailing twelve-month revenue and $2.8 million of adjusted EBITDA; 1847 said it will redeploy proceeds to pursue new acquisitions and other strategic initiatives.

SRS Distribution Inc. has acquired Washoe Building Supply Inc., a Sparks, Nevada-based distributor of residential and commercial roofing products. The McGrath family (Scott, Zach and Christina) will remain in leadership roles at Washoe; terms were not disclosed and SRS said the acquisition complements its existing Roof Line presence in Reno as part of its Nevada expansion.

Beacon (Nasdaq: BECN) has acquired Silver State Building Materials, Inc., a family-owned distributor and residential roofing business based in Gardnerville, Nevada that serves the South Lake Tahoe and Reno markets. Beacon said the acquisition expands its branch footprint and supports its Ambition 2025 growth goals, with a focus on improving customer experience and providing contractors access to tools like Beacon PRO+.

Springs Window Fashions, whose ownership is backed by Clearlake Capital Group, has acquired Sunburst Shutters & Window Fashions. Sunburst, based in Las Vegas, manufactures premium shutters and other custom window treatments in multiple U.S. facilities and sells through national retailers and its own nationwide showrooms; the deal is intended to expand Springs' presence in the shutter market and leverage Sunburst's manufacturing and showroom footprint.

Outdoor Living Supply (OLS), a Trilantic North America-backed distribution platform for outdoor living products, has acquired Bedrock Landscape Supply, an independent distributor of natural stone, pavers, bulk materials and landscape supplies serving the Las Vegas and Henderson, Nevada markets. The family-owned company founded by Mark Wilson (2018) will continue to be run by Mark after the acquisition, giving OLS a foothold in southern Nevada as it expands westward.

North American Specialty Laminations ("American Laminations"), a platform company sponsored by Building Industry Partners (BIP), has acquired Haida Industries LLC. Haida will operate as SourceCut West, establishing a Western U.S. manufacturing and distribution hub to expand the platform's ability to serve window, millwork and other building-products customers in the Western United States.

UMAX Group Corp., an OTC-listed Nevada corporation, has acquired Home Foam Corporation, a Las Vegas-based custom manufacturer of expanded polystyrene (EPS) architectural products, packaging inserts and geo-foam. The acquisition was completed via an equity exchange making Home Foam a wholly owned subsidiary; Home Foam operates a 12,500 sq. ft. facility with nine full-time employees and services regional commercial and home-building clients.
